Procedure to Follow in the Event of a Crime or Suspicious Behaviour/Activity:

If you see a crime, active suspicious activity, or an emergency situation of anykind, Dial 9-1-1.

  • Step 1: Call 911 in an emergency situation of any kind
    If the suspect is gone, call 310- RCMP to report the incident. It is critical to inform the RCMP as soon as possible.Observe, Record and Report any and all information of the suspicious activity such as:
  • Step 2: Give a description
    Descriptions of person(s),Description of vehicle(s) – make, model, colour.License plate number(s)
  • Step 3: Look around
    Give your location – use landmarks or GPS if unsure.
  • Step 4: Keep safe
    For your personal safety do NOT approach any suspect, vehicle or suspicious activity.
